I was very pleased with the hotel and the personnel. I have family in Miami and will definitely be returning to your hotel.
The hotel lobby and our room smelled like animal pee so badly. The room was very dirty as well. We were here visiting family and have been really disappointed in the hotel. We probably would not book here again in the future.
Rooms were very clean. The staff was friendly. The breakfast had a wide variety but I did not eat there.
Everything was super nice.
