Good location-- very clean. The check in person was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast very nice.
My husband and I along with my son and his family booked this hotel because of the location being close to Bellingrath Gardens. I am so glad we did. Upon arrival we were greeted by a friendly front desk! There was a drink dispenser with infused water that was absolutely delicious and refreshing! They also had a coffee and hot water for tea or hot chocolate. Our room was very clean. Our bed was very comfortable! The pillows were amazing! I need to find some of those! Breakfast was not bad. I did like the blueberry bagels! Would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay again!
Overall the hotel was clean and staff was courteous but it was not up to the standard I was accustomed to at other hotels in chain. My diamond status was not acknowledged, breakfast was bare bones. The room was clean but bare. Not bad for a one night stay but I would not want to stay longer.
