We often stay at Hampton inns because they are usually quite nice and comfortable, but our experience at Hampton Inn Smyrna Tennessee last weekend was miserable, to say the least. First of all, the mattress was very uncomfortable it was lumpy and had no cushion on top, so it felt like metal springs or coils under my back. We were both very stiff and miserable the next day and were unable to enjoy our weekend. Our television didn’t work and we were unable to reach the front desk by phone. All we could get was a busy signal. There was no informational material in the room to help us with the tv and we were not told how to access the Wi Fi. All in all, a miserable two nights. Will definitely never stay in your Smyrna hotel again and we are unlikely to stay at any Hampton Inn again after such a bad experience. Needless to say, with hotel rates ridiculously high, we expect a much better quality experience for our money.

Would ask that if a person leaves early and doesn’t use a night gets refunded.
Everyone was nice and helpful. Hotel very clean.
Very good. The hotel would have received a five star but the show spray had a leak. Will be staying again. Desk staff is excellent.
