Key cards had to be reset every time for the pool besides one. Other people had to let us into the pool and us the same. We all had the same theme about having our keys needed to be reset. We got back late and our room key had to be reset after working a couple times throughout the stay. An empty Kleenex box in the room during cold season. I threw it away so they could not stuff it with a couple more and had to put a new box in there. King bed was facing the east with dark shades only covering 1/3 of the window. We woke up earlier and couldn’t sleep because of the early daylight. 36 hours after a couple inches snow storm, parking spaces were not clear and getting packed down. This is very uncommon for other cheaper, lower star hotels we have stayed at in blizzards in Minnesota. The main travel areas had been plowed but the company didn’t have the equipment for the tight parking spaces if vehicles left for the day. Breakfast had dried out cheese and egg premade omelets and weird sausage. Just stick to scrambled eggs in a large roaster and let the costumers build them up. Waffles were good with a couple options. The staff was amazing during our stay but we felt they were aggravated with our and others numerous key card malfunctions.
My stay was pleasant and relaxing. I utilized the elliptical in the weight room and hot tub and pool. The hot tub was not very hot, but it was very relaxing.
I’ve been here many times and will continue to keep coming back. Exceptional service.
