This included working together with housekeeping staff to grant my request for early admission to my reserved room to begin preparation for a medical procedure the following day. The staff were genuine and understanding. The room was clean and well stocked. The staff projected a confident, friendly manner in meeting my request.

The chlorine in the pool is made from a green process using a salt chlorine generator. We also give our guests the option to reuse their towels to help save water. We recycle as well.

We’ve used this hotel in Minnetonka for the past four years. It is customer friendly and affordable. The morning breakfast is very good and included in the price. Maureen is the front desk clerk and she’s the best. She’s so accommodating and helpful. The hotel is in a convenient location right off the freeway. You can’t go wrong with this hotel.
We would stay there again. The staff was helpful and professional.I would recommend your facility to anyone. We had a dog with us for veterinary work and you have a nice, clean area for the dogs outside. I can't say enough good things about your facility and staff. Thanks.
