This was the best breakfast out of the three Hamptons we stayed in on this two week trip.
Had to negotiate cleaning up the room second day. Want to be refunded as acceptable room was not accessible not working instead of maintenance taking care of it. We were given a plunger, even though there was no clog.

No complaints. Everything was clean and orderly.
Josh, front desk clerk provided excellent customer service; very polite and professional. Room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast attendant was pleasant and kept all items stocked and at appropriate temperature. The manager, James, was cordial and oversaw operations keenly. Will be back to this location.
