I was looking forward to a hot breakfast of scrambled eggs with fresh toast but alas that was not to be. One more important item was the low height of the toilet seat. The current height is good for children but for adults not so good. For example, to use the toilet I needed to hold on to the shower door handle and the counter towel rack to sit myself down and raise myself up. Luckily I have kept my arms in shape. Please rectify and yes I know you just recently renovated but the designer neglected the above item. Yes, I did ask for an accessible room but they were not to be. Thanks in advance.
The Hampton Inn exceeded all of my expectations. Friendly staff, clean rooms and easy check in and check out processes. They were very accommodating.
