I was having a really bad day, drove from fort myers Florida, been up since three am, it's now 9 pm. Zoe is amazing, she is calm, cool and collective. She is the absolute best. Talked us into wings and fries, both good but could use buffalo sauce (only complaint) room is clean, we usually stay at the chester location. She made our day.
The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, especially the woman at the front desk on the night we arrived (5/14/25). Rooms neat and clean! A+++++++++.

Clean hotel and good location. Josh and Zoe were very helpful and considerate.
The hotel needs a face lift. Paint chipped everywhere. Wall coverings pealing. Would not recommend to friends.
One lady named Lisa was cleaning rooms and saw that I was having trouble pushing the cart to my assigned room. She just took the cart and pushed it to my room. Helped me get it inside the door and asked if there was anything else she could do? You can’t ask for a better staff person than that. I can overlook many things when the staff people try their best and are very helpful. It makes me feel more secure and more at home during my stay.
