It was a warm welcome from staff! Everyone was respectful. I feel appreciated for my stay. It was nice. I give it a 9 out of 10.

My overall experience was great. The rooms are ample and comfortable. Experience was great until one night I came back to the hotel asking for a bottle of water at the reception bar."Can I have a bottle of water "? The girl with black hair and a highlighted POMPOM updo answers me (with authoritive voice) " We only give out water upon check in". I felt offended with her answer, assuming me asking for free bottle of water. And of course, you can charge to my room. And btw I booked two rooms, upon check in, no bottles of water received. But the receptionist was very kind and helpful. we were satisfied with her service provided.
