Being connected to the Specialty Hospital was great. I was in one of the remodeled rooms and it was perfect. Very nice and accommodating front desk staff and very fair room charge for the night.
The staff was all amazing friendly and helpful! Beds are very comfortable! Very convenient when loved ones are at Avera Hospital!

We have been staying here for years now and we will continue to do so. The staff are always friendly. Our accommodations have always been clean and neat. The hotel is strategically located for many of our medical appointments. They always manage to accommodate our needs. What more could we need?.

My room was clean and very neat. My husband was an overnight patient at SFSH it was short walk and convenient for me to get to his room from the Inn, no driving required. I was glad to have a refrigerator to keep my traveling water supply cold.
Pet friendly hotel and was also very quiet. I liked that it was smoke free also. The workers were very polite and friendly. I will definitely stay again when in Sioux Falls and needing a hotel.

Toilet Seat not attached to toilet. Bathroom door has a very loud pop when you open it. Several small bugs (unknown) on walls.

The reception desk was welcoming and answered a lot of my questions. We stayed here because my husband had surgery at the Surgical Center. I was very very satisfied to be able to walk down a hall and be there, no walking or driving outside. Nice breakfast. Nice clean and comfortable room. This isn’t the Ritz Carlton and they don’t pretend to be, but it was a wonderful solution when you have a family member in surgery at the Surgical Center. or in the Avera your hospital!
Room was clean, staff was friendly.
Said it had side rails in halls, it didn't. Said it had a wheel chair for use, it didn't. Recliner had a rip in the cushion and seat was very uncomfortable.
The cleanliness of the room was appreciated. A hotel devoted to providing rooms for those with medical procedures at the adjacent hospital and surgical hospital.
