Staff were dedicated workers. Hotel was in overall good condition. Breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast with multiple options. Location was good.
Staff very pleasant and helpful. Room was spacious. Bed comfortable.
Marcel greeted us warmly. Was patient while I returned to vehicle to retrieve my id. Saw we did not have Hilton rewards and promptly signed us up. We needed an Uber for later in the evening. She stated she didn’t know how to do that, but found out how and ordered for us. Fantastic customer service although I didn’t feel like just a customer—felt more like she was a big sister taking care of her out of town friend. Thanks. Easy location to get in and out of. Breakfast was wonderful. Second time we have stayed there. So accommodating whether at four pm or one am when luggage was lost at airport.

My niece, her friend and I came to town to go to the Orpheum Theater for a musical. The location was perfect. The room was spacious. The girls love that the pool was open late and the endless hot chocolate. Having a great place to stay where we felt safe was the now on this Christmas present! Buffy was super helpful and friendly. Definitely will stay here when I’m in downtown Omaha.

Check in was easy! People are courteous and attentive. Room was very reasonable and extremely nice. Did not expect to pay for self parking at this hotel, but it was easy and parking was very near the entry doors and directly across from Schwab Field. Breakfast was very good as it usually is at Hampton. Best bang for the buck!
