Breakfast, room and employees were all excellent. I had difficulty understanding the person making the reservation due to a foreign accent but he was courteous and probably not from the hotel itself.
Young lady at Front Desk on Wednesday night was excellent! Polite,very thorough on all aspects of the hotel. As an X GM at two Hampton Inn's. I'm observant! She passed all inspection QA standards as well she's frindly with a warm personality! Wish I remembered her name. Wednesday the 27th!
Staff was excellent and the room was great.

My room was very nice, staff was great, courteous and friendly. Breakfast was decent. Overall rating I give them 8.8.

We arrived on Friday, April 11th. My husband pulled back the bed covers and a large chunk of food flew out. As it was late and no one was at the front office we went to bed. Upon waking in the morning we pulled the covers back to get up and more food fell out. We immediately went to the front desk to talk about this matter. The front desk personnel apologized and said the sheets would be changed. Obviously the sheets weren’t changed before we arrived. This was not a healthy situation. The pool and hot tub was also not clean. There were hotel towels floating in the pool and dirty towels in the elevator from the night before. Due to health. Concerns with food in the bed we would like compensation for the nights we stayed. This was disappointing. Sincerely Kristin Cote’ [email protected] Thank you.

This facility is very nice and we found the accommodations very comfortable. It is the staff, however, who make the stay great. This is our third stay within the past two months and each time, we were made to feel very welcome. They are friendly, helpful and eager to make your stay enjoyable.
Clean room. Quiet at night.
