The hotel management went above and beyond to accommodate us in our difficult situation. The property and breakfast was everything I expected. The online registration was purposely deceptive, misleading and fraudulent!
We are Hilton honors members. When we need a motel we try to stay with a Hampton. We often use points for our stays. One elevator was not working. We were asked if we planned to use the fridge and we said no but wondered why they asked. When got to the room the fridge was iced over. The shampoo bottle had become detached from its holder and was sitting on the tub. The shower gel had not been opened and neither my husband or I could open it. The breakfast was mediocre at best especially on Monday morning. There was no attendant during our time in the breakfast area. This is the second bad experience experience we have had with Hampton this last year. We are now wondering if we should change to another program.
Staff was friendly, helpful and very nice. Room was very clean.

Your people I encountered were quite good. Kiai, the night clerk, was most helpful. A couple of things, however. It takes two remotes to operate the TV: one for changing channels and one for volume. Plastic drinking cups would be nice. The only cups available were the paper ones at the coffee machine.
