Everyone was very friendly and always asking if you needed anything else. The hotel was very clean.
Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. I had a good stay.
Chaotic check in. Not enough desk people. People lined up out the door to check in. I was given a handicap room although I never asked for one or needed one. It was awkward. No other rooms were available. Breakfast was good and breakfast manger was very cheerful. I left a pillow and called to retrieve it. Tonya found it and held it for me.

I want to mention Tonya Green who took such good care of my husband and me at breakfast. We were staying to spend time with a dying relative and Tonya lifted our spirits. She also told us to speak with Tiffany Wilson at front desk to join Hilton Honors. These employees are ambassadors for Hampton Inn and all were nice but these two ladies truly deserve recognition because they both made a painful weekend a little brighter!
