Very clean, quiet, comfortable, great location!
I went to the desk and asked if there were any elevated toilets or grab bars by the toilets for future visits and the receptionist told me that all the rooms were like the one I was in. The toilet was too low, made using it impossible. I was forced to use the bathroom by the lobby, where there were bars to assist me. Was your receptionist wrong? Misinformed? Untrained? I cannot use your hotel for future visits because your hc rooms are definitely not hc!
