Lena Ignacio was our savior after having to use a 3rd party booking service who cancelled three or our rooms for some reason (we even pre paid for said rooms). Lena worked her magic and was able to find rooms for us even though the hotel was fully booked due to Spring Training. She is truly a valued employee who goes above and beyond for her company.
