We are a Hilton Honors member. Unfortunately, this was the filthiest and most unorganized hotel that we have every stayed at. There was only one attendant and her family was eating in the lobby. There were homeless people in and out of the hotel at all times. Our room was filthy, along with no towels and missing door handle off the restroom. There was not a free breakfast nor coffee available. We checked out the very next morning but it appears we have been charged for the entire stay. We are requesting 100% of our funds returned.
