I have stayed in this hotel before. As always, it was a very nice, comfortable, well kept hotel in a great location. Jelena, a front desk clerk, is in particular a delightful person to deal with. HOWEVER, the charges are nothing short of scandalous. The hotel room was cited at a reasonable $112.60 per night. The actual total charge for three nights, however, was $567.08, or nearly $190 per night. The extra charges added almost SEVENTY PERCENT to the cost of the room! There is no explanation for the extra charges and fees that were added. This is a scandalous thing to do to people, particularly loyal customers, who in a hurry assume they are dealing with a legitimate company and do not need to read the fine print of the booking. For shame! Buyers beware; I personally will not stay at this hotel again if the situation is not remedied!
