Took over two hours and many staff to take my reservation. Very frustrating. Bad room due to bathroom sink not emptying took longtime to change rooms through computer system. Floor staff excellent. Nice touch with easter eggs on Easter. Friendly dining person, patient front desk person. Awful simply awful reservation procedure. VERY bad. Almost gave up.
