Hotel is Clean, spacious and accommodating to a weary traveler great rewards for the price.
The room was clean and well prepared for my visit.
We usually always stay at Hamptons and everything has been generally excellent. This last stay was quite low by comparison. The high point was the person we spoke to in Redding to help us with a online booking which was poor at best. He helped us get a room of the quality we assumed we got through the on line service. The room was the size we wanted and had the amenities but that's where it kind of ended. The bed itself sounded and felt like it was broken. No transport carts to get belongings in or out a note needs to be posted for people who use them to bring them back for others! No coffee creamer for three days and the same bad breakfast for the same three days. Things could have been cleaner too. The staff was pleasant and helpful but the experience was not what we have had while staying in other Hamptons. RTS.

I thought that every you that worked at the facility that I came in contact with did a great job in making us comfortable.
The Staff assisted me very well. They went above and beyond to ensure the stay was comfortable. Housekeeping also did a great job ensuring the room was clean and we had clean towels.
