We booked this hotel because our grandson was graduating from Liberty University and the hotels in Lynchburg were twice as much in price. We had no complaints at the hotel.

The one serious issue was how strong smelling it was with whatever they used to clean with. Or some Fabreeze smell. Unbearably strong, even burned our eyes.

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. One of the nicest hotels we have been in. The young man at the registration desk was excellent. His was very polite and took care of our check in quickly. After our long drive I wasn’t the most pleasant with my attitude, but it didn’t faze him. Every hotel should have an employee like him.
