Would not stay there again. The replacement wallpapers are peeling off the wall at corners. Dirt is stuck in the corners. Carpet did not appear to be clean. Same as toilet. However, all staff were very nice, friendly and helpful.

Some items include, but are not limited to; waffles w/ toppings, hearty oatmeal w/ toppings, eggs or omlets, breakfast meat such as bacon, sausage or ham, variety of cereals, fresh fruit, yogurt, muffins/danishes, bagels, toast, etc. We have a variety of juice, milk, hot tea and coffee as well.

I made a prepaid reservation at the Rocky Mount Hampton Inn as the first stop on a three day drive with my support dog Rupert to Florida to see my brother who is getting chemotherapy. I had to cancel the trip when I came down with a respiratory infection and I assumed I would lose the money I had paid for the room. Imagine my surprise to learn that the hotel would give me a voucher for the full room charge to be used in future! I fully expect to reschedule the trip soon and I am very grateful to the folks at the Hampton Inn Rocky Mount for making it that much easier to do!
The staff is wonderful. They will go out of their way to ensure your happiness. The rooms are slightly run down. They could use an update.
I was traveling from Florida to Massachusetts I called around 4pm to reserve a room I asked very kindly that I get a room on the ground floor close to the exit because I had an elderly dog and would only be staying a few hours before continuing to travel. When I arrived at 10:30 pm, I waited 20 minutes at the desk to check in and then was told, yes I see all your requests and that the person said they would honor them however all we have is a second floor room in the middle of the hallway. Complete waste of $210 will NEVER stay here again. Such a simple request couldn't even be fulfilled after being promised.
When traveling we use this hotel a lot and have always been very pleased and this time was no exception. It was a great stay.
After many hours of driving our room was clean, bright and beds comfortable. Hotel is tired and rooms are not updated but it didn’t matter. Breakfast great too.
