The hotel was a little run down. Our room was only cleaned once during the five nights we stayed. I had to ask for towels three times while we were there. The pool water was an ugly green color.
Our room door lock malfunctioned and dispite the attendant’s changing of batteries, she had to call a repair msn that could not fix the lock. The whole process took about two hrs. We were given another room but its A/C was so noisy that we couldn’t use it. The furniture in both rooms was worn and dirty. Unusable pillows; no breakfast before 7am, no bottled water and no go breakfast bags. We were promised a rebate or reduction on our room bill; but nothing was done. For $256/ night it was unacceptable. for someone who had been a loyal Hilton honours member for decades I was very disappointed! Today and tomorrow we will stay at Hampton inns and hope not for the last time.

Room was not adequately supplied; fitness room was left unlocked; no sanitizer for gym equipment; pillows were small and flat; no extra pillows available; insufficient hot water etc.

My wife and I stayed one night. The rooms were very clean and upgraded. The room had all we needed and the bedding excellent. My wife would like to know where they buy their pillows. The free breakfast had a great selection with fresh fruit and pastries.
Room was immaculate. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool was closed, but overall property was very good. Will stay here again.
