Love the new lobby/store area. Last time I was there it was under construction. The receptionist than was the front desk was very friendly and pleasant. I enjoyed my stay and highly recommend this hotel. I will be staying there again.
Hotel was very clean. Staff was very professional. All in all a great night stay and I would definitely recommend Hampton Inn in Sturbridge to anybody.

When I checked in, I misheard the room number assigned to me as 212. So I went to 212 and left my suitcase and belongings there and left to visit with family. When I returned to get ready for the wedding I was there to attend, I noticed the room number on that key holder said 202, so I went there. I was pretty sure it wasn’t where I’d left my stuff and sure enough the key worked but my things weren’t there. I went to the front desk and asked for help. The woman said she was the only person there and did NOTHING to help. She said I had to wait for a manager that still hadn’t showed up after 20 minutes! I couldn’t wait anymore to get ready and I was very worried about my suitcase and clothes. So I tried 212 again and the same key that opened 202 also worked in 212. And that is where my things were! Before I left for the wedding, I went to the front desk and Asked to stay in 212 and to have the key fixed so it only opened the one door. But when I got back there was no one To talk to and my WiFi wouldn’t work. They never changed my room number so I was trying to access WiFi at 212 but it was still saying I was in 202. Lastly, when I got back from the wedding I had to park in behind the building. There was not one door marked or lit up and I had to walk all the way around. As a Single woman returning from an event, I didn’t feel safe. Please get Some Lights and entrance markers.
Stayed overnight with my daughters. The room was clean and pleasant. Staff was very pleasant.
We were able to check in early and the room was spotless. Hotel staff was friendly.
