It was easy to get a reservation for the night I needed. Staff was very friendly at sign in and gave perfect directions to get to my room. The room was lovely and spotless and the bed comfortable.

Service was great and Room was very clean and well stocked.
Staff friendly, heating and air not working. Change room with us responsible to repack go to front desk. Get new key and take things to new room. Television remote broken. When go to take shower found that shampoo and conditioner were empty. Water backed up significantly in tub. While housekeeping removed used towels the did not give us any fresh towels.

We had a group stay at the hotel for a ski trip and we had a lovely time. The pool was clean and warm. There was space to play games with the families in the lobby. The staff was very responsive and nice. The only issue we had was the powerfully smell of weed in the halls. We woke up to the smell inside our room the second day. Definitely not our preference.
Didn’t expect much for Stroudsburg, but it was very nice! Everyone was pleasant and it was very clean.
