Well appointed room but tiny. Air conditioning was not consistent and pillows were non supportive. The original price per night was fine but your tax category was excessive making the tiny room a poor value. We thought we had selected a regular sized room but we were too tired to get the problem resolved. Staff were fine.

The hotel was extremely clean. Smelled good. The people were kind, friendly and helpful. The best place I’ve stayed. And, I’ve stayed in a lot of places.
