Kelly at the front desk was so helpful. Our stay was perfect.
Looking at the ad for this location the phone number listed was not the local motel number. When checking in the desk clerk told me the rate was much lower than I was quoted over the phone but since I had already booked I was charged the higher rate. Does not give Hilton a very good image will definitely take this experience into consideration for future travels.
Be ethical and eliminate the booking services. I paid $76 over the room rate b/c of Book Online.
The staff was so helpful. I was sick on the second night of my stay and they went out of their way to help. My only complaint was that a shower at 9a.m. and there was no hot water. I'm sure that will be fixed. The room was great. The hotel is very nice, but the staff is GREAT! Thank you to all of the staff!
