Outstanding in every way! The hotel is beautifully maintained and decorated. The staff is excellent, including outside parking staff, front desk, cleaning staff and breakfast staff, especially Connie who is very helpful. Kyle helped us with our bags and during check in and took our bags to the room. He was cheerful, welcoming and helpful. Great introduction to the hotel. And the concierge, Cate, was also very helpful and pleasant. What a great place to stay!
We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation staying at the Hampton Inn in Savannah. The staff was so pleasant and helpful. The hotel served an excellent breakfast every day. There was a concierge at the hotel each day to help with booking activities and tours. This Hampton Inn’s location is close enough to walk to everything you may wish to visit or tour. Book a room there and enjoy a fabulous visit!

Hotel staff was excellent, all of them. In particular we enjoyed Connie cheering and helping everybody.
Clean rooms and property along with the staff being so friendly and accommodating. Great place to stay when visiting the river walk in Savannah.
We had to ask for enough bath towels for two people twice.
The trash needs to be emptied daily and rooms clean.

Kate was concierge and she was very helpful! She booked trolley for us and made dinner reservations for us! The trolley pickup was right out the hotel lobby on corner. We had a great experience there!

The hotel is beautiful, conveniently located, had a WONDERFUL breakfast. Only issue I had was being on 2nd floor overlooking the Main Street. Traffic was very noisy in the quiet room. Took me forever to go to sleep and I wear earplugs!
The room was clean and comfy. The concierge was most helpful and all her recommendations were excellent!
No coffee machine, no hairdryer and my room was not made up during my two night stay.
The hotel was absolutely great! Room, breakfast, lobby all were great. Nicole at the front desk was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Our stay was much better because of Nicole. She has a great demeanor.
We had a great view out our window. The room was fine. Breakfast was good in a pleasant space. The decor of the hotel fits the area. If any suggestion could be made, one person sometimes has their hands full at the front desk. Several people arrived to check in at the same time two people were trying to pay for items from the snack area. Someone's ice cream trulys melted while they waited their turn to pay for it.
We arrived very late and a young lady named Kimani greeted us. She was so sweet even though it was late. We stopped at the bar in the lobby and Malika was awesome, she was fast and knew her job. Service was excellent! Great stay!
