This was the 2nd time in the last month we stayed with you all. When I made our reservation, I forgot to request an early check in. I called the hotel when we were about 45 minutes away yesterday and explained that we needed an early check in because we had to be at an event that we couldn’t take our dog to so we needed to be able to drop her off. Max answered the phone and listened to my woes. He explained all that needs to happen on your end before he could guarantee an early check in. But told us to come in when we got there. So we did. And he had taken care of everything so we were able to get checked in and to our event on time. Thank you for Max and the other friendly employees we encountered during our stay. You guys are the best!

This Hampton was just my kids and I needed after a day at Six Flags! We enjoyed the pool before crashing into the very comfy beds. I will return to this hotel next time I'm in the area!
