Nonworking elevator was a serious inconvenience since one of our family members has disabilities. Night desk personnel was indifferent and unfriendly. Sink/faucet arrangement was poorly designed; water splashed everywhere but the sink. Basically dittoing the other negative comments. Will likely make reservations elsewhere in the future.
Great staff, excellent rooms. I’ll be back this fall for graduation.
First of all when I went to book my reservation I didn’t realize I was not speaking to the hotel and I paid more than I’ve ever paid for a Hampton Inn by using a ticket broker my bad! the room was your typical Hampton Inn room, but when I got into the bathroom, it was pretty nauseating the ceiling above the shower showed signs of a flood from the room above the paint was peeling from the walls and mold was growing on the walls. The mirror was all chipped. The toilet was a very old load to the ground toilet it was a very disappointing experience.
Will never stay again worst Hampton inn.

We enjoyed our stay in Troy. The staff were helpful, courteous, and pleasant.
Elevator not working, we were not told about it when we registered (on the phone) but only told when we checked in. Some of the staff were not very friendly.
My family Has stayed at this hotel several times the past four years. Gave us the incorrect room, many breakfast options were unavailable, room refridge was found running and completely frozen. This takes time, thus the cleaning staff is not looking at room or management is not keeping up with facility maintenance. What else is not being done?.

The only elevator in the hotel has been out for several days. Having to lug suitcases up stairs is not good.
Walked in to a big smile from Ms Barbra at front desk. Entire staff during my stay was very polite, lobby was clean, food was great. I don't remember the lady in the kitchen on Saturday morning it was her birthday, she also was very kind. Thank you!
