Very clean nice staff.
At check in waited 15 minutes for someone to show up at desk. Room lock was dead, took three trips to front desk to get a new room. New room had no sheets on roll out bed. Desk clerk could not tell us any restaurants nearby. She said she didn't go to restaurants. We discovered a mission BBQ two doors down from hotel, walking distance. No smile. No welcome to hotel. will not stay there again.
I usually don't complain and we've stayed at a few Hamptons and NEVER had the problems as here. Mold around bathroom. No hair dryer,only three SMALL pull out dryers for clothes, NO place to put toiletries. Scheduled room cleaning for certain houras we had dog.
