I had a difficult time making a reservation with constant clarification and correcting the reservation due to the reservation person being very difficult to understand and communicate with me so much that I had no idea of rate or room reserved. however, Suzanne at the front desk of the Hampton Inn Sevierville Stadium was so accommodating and nice She made sure both rooms were reserved exactly the way we wanted them and she couldn’t have be more pleasant to deal with.
