After my flight was canceled and Gabriel was contacted on Friday he agreed I could check in on Saturday when the entire trip got canceled. I called the hotel and they wouldn’t give me anything back not even the Friday that Gabriel agreed too. Sad sad Service for a so called Hilton honor member.
We arrived just at check in time. We entered our room and could smell smoke the minute we entered. We had a wedding to attend an didn't have time to call about the smell. When we returned I called the front desk to complain I didn't want to be changed for someone else's smoking The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. Around 5am the room next to us had a dog that started to bark. Needless to say we checked out by 7am.
Some things maybe to be change like the matress.
