The HYATT house Herndon offers a 24-hour fitness center, a seasonal outdoor pool, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a fireplace in the lobby.
The room phone never worked after asking multiple times to have it fixed. A window in the room has blue and duct tape on it. I was told I had to give 24 48 hour notice to get the room refreshed, I ended up taking the trash downstairs and doing the sheets myself. I was promised prior to check in that a van will take us to the Metro Station before 9am, upon arriving I was told the van has broken down and the registration hasn’t been paid for. We incurred extra Uber expense because of it. The breakfast was very good. John, the front desk manager was very polite and attentive. Housekeeping was very good and the bed was comfortable.
