My stay at Cliff Castle Hotel Casino was 100% awesome the staff are very friendly and went beyond what I would expect to accommodate me! My room was beautiful it was clean no complaints whatsoever the food in the restaurants was Top Notch I had a great steak dinner and I had a great breakfast I enjoyed some entertainment in.
Hotel was gorgeous. Rooms were very clean and beautiful. Beds were very comfortable.
The property had stuff for the teens and kids to keep them entertained. It got very busy on the weekend and there was a live band! We always stay here when we are in the area.

Can’t bring your Stanley in the casino had to leave it with security I gamble in many casinos to many rules here no video’s casino the drink people are not around over all customers service lacking Room has tiny pillows not enough! It’s clean but possible I have higher standards for the price paid Only I elevator working is a issue Fridge is not at temperature running warm.

Needs to have a updated prices when calling in for reservation, asin no hidden cost of which I experienced.. I was quoted $115. total price and when I went to pay front desk added $50.00 more to the bill. I say Fake advertisement!
