Room was clean, comfortable and cozy! Breakfast buffet was delicious with lots of options. Will definitely stay here again!
I stayed in room 406. The room had a dirty feel as the paint was coming off the walls, the door to the bathroom wouldn’t shut without hitting the toilet and the glasses in the room had not been cleaned. I could barely sleep both nights as kids were running through the halls until the wee hours of the morning and hotel staff did nothing about it. Lastly, I took showers at 9am on both days and the water was ice cold. Overall it was a pretty frustrating experience.
Hotel is in need of refurbishment. Wallpaper peeling, ceilings need painted, shower tiles are cracked. On a positive note, those renovations are apparently underway. Maybe in a few months it will be better. Staff very nice and accommodating.
