Maintenance seemed a little lax included free breakfast of two kinds of toast and hot oatmeal which ended at 9:00 sooner than any other hotel I have stayed at pool was drained and being painted in the middle of summer maybe could have been scheduled a few months earlier or later.
The room was clean.
This hotel was filthy. We had dirty linens( blood and or fecal matter on the blankets), no towels and the smell around the hotel was horrific (septic). We were told there was no toilet paper left. I feel we should receive a full refund for our stay, esp bc we had no choice but to stay at this hotel.
H8980272 I rented four rooms for my family of 14 to stay overnight. When we arrived they informed us that the pool was closed because of the amount of chemicals they had to put into the pool that day. Then they provided us our keys. When we went to our first room, I opened the door to find that it was an unfished room because of remodeling that was happening. The A/C unit was lying on it's side and furniture moved all over the place. With this issue they moved this room for us. Then on the second room we opened the door and it was 80+ degrees because the A/C unit was not working, so they had to move that room. Then the third room the TV was not working. It took the clerk 6 differernt rooms to locate a working TV for us to stay in. Then in that room the shower doors were not even installed correctly and just hanging from the fixture. The carpets in the rooms appeared to not be vacuumed and the outlet between the beds was full of miscellaneous plugs that we could not plug in our personal devices. I paid close to $1,000.00 to stay one night in these rooms and to find all of these issues is very poor for this rated hotel. I would nor currently recommend this hotel until they can get their issues resolved.
