David was very cordial and yet professional. We needed a blanket which he took care of. Breakfast was very good and appreciated.
Room was very nice. Day and night desk clerks were very helpful. Staff gave me my 3:00 a.m. wake up call. Airport shuttle right there at 4:00 a.m. I was impressed with all the help I received.
Not happy,arrived on a Wednesday, had to request room to be made up twice, when they did they didn't change or make bed,no new glasses or cups, room was newly remodeled,house keeping need attention.
We conserve, reuse and recycle. 100% of Hyatt Place BWI''s trash is either sent to recycling or to the local "trash to energy" plant. The county does single-stream recycling so pre-sorting is not a required. We use recycled materials (employee uniforms, etc..) and for meals, we regularly provide washable plates and usually only offer paper goods only on guest request. Our toilets are low-flow and employee’s are encouraged to minimize waste.

We got this room last minute and our stay went well.
Clean, friendly and helpful front desk, shuttle service was on time (at 3:30am) and van was warm. Great experience all the way around.
