Hotel was clean, friendly staff, great breakfast!
Located in an impoverished neighborhood( dirty ), saw what looked to be a prostitute walking on N 30th Street : back down behind a very noisy pub. Felt quite unsafe driving in. When I was booking my room the woman on the line, Anne, told me that the hotel had a 4.1 rating and was in a very nice area. None of this was true. Just imagine my shock upon arrival having paid a Non Refundable FEE of nearly $1000.00. Once checked in and in our room we endured loud music from the Pub: not good for sleeping. The second day. A very loud neighbor: noisy guests. I will be requesting a refund. This booking was very misrepresented and presented to me. I felt like I was in a motel somewhere. Oh I forgot to mention the restaurant: Not: Per the front desk clerk; Pizza, wings, or ceasar salad.
Overall 10! Very clean and friendly! I would recommend.
