I stayed only one night. Checked in very late (2am). The night clerk was immediately present and efficiently processed my room key. The room was spacious and clean. Overall I would stay here again.
Everything was very nice. Anthony was exceptional at the front desk.
It was a great place to stay. I was late, they still had my room.

I was informed over the phone I had parking and then upon checking in, I wasn’t able to park in their lot while on vacation.
Overall a good hotel for the price. Besides hand soap in the room there are no other complimentary toiletries. Friendly staff. Was a bit noisy and hard to sleep due to loud music and yelling in the parking lot. Airplane noise as well but don’t mind that.
The front desk staff and shuttle drivers are all so friendly and make me feel welcome. The hotel is very near the airport, and I find the rooms comfortable and priced reasonably. I also like the fact that I can leave my car parked there when traveling.

I have stayed here many times before and I keep coming back because of the friendly people who work there and their great customer service.
When we made our reservation and asked about leaving our vehicle while we were on a trip, we were told it would be $10.00/night. Upon arrival and check in, we were told that it would cost $20.00/night while we were gone. The front desk attendant smiled and said, "Sorry, XXXX, told you wrong when you made your reservation." Every time we asked if there was any type of adjustment as we would not have made reservations with this hotel if we had known the parking rate was going to increase by $10.00/night and include the night we were staying at the hotel. Will not recommend or stay at this hotel again.
