It was a nice hotel. Staff were very kind and accommodating. They let us check in right away when we arrived after we got off of our cruise.

The valet parking gentleman George Martinez was wonderful. He was incredibly helpful, kind and did his job quickly and efficiently. He was also very communicative and engaging. As well knowledgeable about the area and the hotel. Thank you for a wonderful stay. And thank you Georges Martinez.

All of the staff/housekeepers/bar staff/front desk/bellman. Everyone is helpful and so pleasant. The hotel in all areas is spotlessly clean and bright. It is my go to place in Long Beach.
