Shout out to the guy working the bar on the evening of 18th October with all the flight cancellations it was insanely busy and he busted a gut to keep customers served and happy. He deserves a raise!
The hotel was nice, comfortable and amazingly quiet considering it was surrounded by airplane traffic. The pillows and beds were great.

We were very impressed with staff at the hotel We are elderly and my husband had a severe non contagious infection for a week Every kindness was offered to us thank you! We’ll stay again!

We were flying out early and chose to stay at the Hyatt Regency for the night before our flight. It was so stress relieving. Food was there, a bar if we needed it. Everyone we spoke with was cheerful and so helpful. A shuttle ride to our terminal and our trip was off to a wonderful start!
I inadvertently booked a room thinking it was the Grand Hyatt. I immediately tried to cancel but was denied the refund. This is poor business. I can't honestly say that the facility is poor. I am commenting on the customer service.
I checked in late and was a bit put off by your staff. Your rooms have a desk but no outlet easily accessible. All the outlets are upside down. And for 300 plus a night the place is not nice.
As I was only there 6 hours, it was nice but EXPENSIVE.

The staff provided excellent service during the late hour that we arrived. The room was clean and comfortable. The coupons for the little lobby store were awesome.
