We had wonderful experiences with the staff at the hotel. Always kind, helpful, friendly and smiles. Fantastic stay!
Smelled like roses when I walked in. Bedroom decorated for birthday. Greetings everywhere. Always help with baggage and room change. Beautiful and clean rooms. Immense patience.
Breakfast was good but very expensive.
The moment we walked in a saw the atrium space, we knew we were in for a wonderful stay.

Hotel staff was friendly. Concierge, bellman, desk clerk super helpful. Room was clean. Only problem was no glasses in the room, although there was an ice bucket.
