My husband and I were down for a three night getaway. The hotel staff was very welcoming and very helpful. The rooms were clean and our view of the harbor was amazing. Michelle at the front desk, along with the two gentlemen that were working the desk, was very professional and helped when needed. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip down.

The front desk staff and the night crew are amazing. I didn’t know what to expect because I never stayed here before. I will be back based on how the staff treated their guests. I love the size of the rooms.

The hotel is preparing for a refresh, but in no way does that diminish the overall experience. Upon arrival Front Office Manager, Shane Petty, quickly made us feel valued as guests. Excellent customer service skills allowed us to feel pleased. We booked two harbor view rooms with amazing views. We will return to visit and will recommends The Royal Sonesta to family and friends.
