The service on the club level (Antoinette), at breakfast in the ground level dining room (Moroccan waitress) and Shannon in Club 45, is nothing short of amazing –– kind, caring, prompt, attention to detail, etc. It doesn't get any better!

Stayed two nights as my husband had heart surgery and was in Cleveland Clinic ICU. Professional and accommodating staff. Access to hospital was safe and reassuring to me. Studio 45 restaurant was very good and had hours that worked for me.

Perfect place to stay when needing to be close to the Cleveland Clinic. Hotel and rooms in great condition. Lovely place to stay.

Had a little trouble connecting with room service in AM, but front desk was helpful with resolution.

There was no bottled water in the room. There was a bottle of Evian in the minibar but there was a charge for that.

Needed to take my wife for an urgent procedure at Cleveland Clinic. I needed to stay overnight and called them for a room and got it done with no problem. I left home at 3:30 a.m. and when we got to the hotel the staff was ready to assist with taking care of my vehicle and storage of my overnight bag so I could get my wife to her procedure appointment at 6:00 a.m. I was able to be with her up to the surgery. While waiting to hear how she did, the hotel got me into my room where I could take off my coat and hat and make it back to the waiting room to hear that she will be alright. I got to see her and finally got to the hotel room and crashed. The bed was so comfortable and the room spotlessly clean. The food and the service meant so much to me as they also were so kind to me. The best service I have ever experienced.

Here for Cleveland Clinic appt. Very convenient. Very friendly, very accommodating, great food.

I was told that you were 92% booked! When I got to the front desk it was only 40%! Which was the reason why my rate was higher.

We stayed one night at the InterContinental in Cleveland. It was an excellent experience. We will return.

A critical location and a high end hotel. We have stayed three times so far and anticipate staying many more times for health reasons. We have used room service four times and each time the delivery people were great. The breakfasts are very good and a welcome start to (for us) difficult and complicated days. The staff, bell people, waitstaff in the restaurant and at the desk are very good. One individual of note is the room cleaning person that helped us for two days after Danielle's operation. She was really unusually and surprisingly kind and helpful. It was obvious that she knew we were having a very rough time and she wanted to help. She was an African American woman with shoulder length hair and a great smile (we were in room 931 this time). I did not get her name but left an inadequate tip with the supervising person who knew her. Before I retired, she was the kind of human being that we searched for and only occasionally found. My fault I did not get her name. She should be recognized and lead training. Unfortunately (for health reasons), we will stay again soon. My wife will need more operations and this location makes a difficult experience better. If I were managing this hotel I wouldn't rest on that critical location advantage. I would invest (capital and staffing) to make an extraordinary, compassionate and prepared experience for primary customers (who are often scared and stressed). It will pay off for everyone. Excellent hotel. A/C a tad noisy, but would stay here again in a heart beat. Good food in the restaurants.
