Everything was great, we had a suite overlooking the plaza, very nice. We come every year to see the lights on the plaza.
This is a great place to stay. The staff is absolutely wonderful. Will always stay there when I go to Kansas City. Thank you to all the staff members from Anthony Reid at the front desk.
There is some higher end shopping. Stacks BBQ and Kona Grill were wonderful. The Intercontinental Hotel room was spacious and included a balcony facing the Plaza. Go now while it’s not crowded!

I really enjoyed my stay at the InterContinental Hotel. I would specifically like to mention Erica at the front desk who was absolutely amazing with making sure my already fantastic stay was even better! She is truly an asset to the hotel so be sure to ask for her if you need anything! She is so kind and professional! I cannot say enough positive things about her!

The Intercontinental in KC was a great choice for us. We stayed two nights, then returned again for another two nights. The front desk staff were very accommodating on getting us a room and adding nights to our reservation even though the night requested was prior to our scheduled arrival great work InterContinental KC.
