The InterContinental San Francisco offers a variety of amenities including a bar/lounge, parking, gym, pool, restaurant, spa, WiFi/Internet, pet-friendly accommodations, laundry facilities, and a business center.
So we were in town to see a show and stayed here at the advice of a friend. However, the power went out in 70% of the city, but not at the hotel. the staff was excellent, the service was top notch and even though there was a problem with the people in the room next to us, they moved us to a nicer room without hesitation. Will absolutely stay here again.
Hotel room was in excellent standing, no complaints. It was a five star quality.
Accommodations were very clean and staff was attentive. Location was great within walking distance of Union Square. Streets are clean and safe around the hotel and it felt safe to walk to Union Square.
The hotel is very beautiful and has a very friendly and hard working staff. My room was very clean and comfortable.
