The staff was terrific from Tina, who drove the shuttle to the front desk folks, bartender and room support staff. Room was clean. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

Restaurant and front desk staff were universally great. Made the stay very pleasant.
Employees very friendly. I wish I could remember the name of the person who checked us in because he was very friendly and polite. Decent breakfast and great transportation service to airport. Plus we were able to leave our car at the hotel while on vacation.

The staff and manager helped me resolve an issue with a 3rd party booking company. The location is great if you are flying from BWI. They provide a shuttle and you can package parking with your accomodations. There's also a bar/restaurant on the premises. It's friendly, clean, one stop shopping!
This is the second time I have used this location due to airline flights. It is very well kept, clean like at home. Everyone is very nice and helps as soon as you ask. The parking and shuttle service is excellent.
