The same breakfast offered left a lot to be desired. Staff was nice. Bathroom shower leaked all over the floor. Obviously has had water damage from the caulking put on the baseboards. Quite a liability to have that much water on the floors. Won’t return to this hotel.
Hotel experienced was minimized due to only one operable elevator. I am recovering from a sports injury and unable to walk or stand for long periods of time. With only one working elevator, the wait times to get to and from your room from lobby were upwards of 15 minutes. There were soccer, baseball and football teams staying staying at this property and all trying to navigate the one operating elevator made for a horrible experience. We were late getting to our event, even after my sons carried me down the stairwell. Furthermore, floor two close to room #238 had observable damage to the baseboards and floor with a large section of drywall removed. Just an overall eyesore coupled with the inoperable elevator suggests this property is not in good shape. We will not return.

All of our interactions with the hotel staff were great. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was above requirements. A special thank you to the front desk staff for help at the Cafe on Sunday.
