its was clean except for the floor. as they allow pets, the floors were some kind of vinyl tile that was poorly laid and not cleaned properly. my feet were always black with dirt. the shower needs anti skid strips. the sink and tub are in need of upgrades. the bathroom door was badly repaired/painted and the grouting was very amateur. the fridge, tv, fan and microwave were all clean and working. I have been in worse and it needs attention, but we were comfortable. easy to get to, good parking. pool not open as we were there in may. attendant very friendly and helpful. its not the best, but not the worst. I got what I paid for!
I reserved a mobility accessable room and was given a regular room on the second floor. The room had no towels, no batteries in the remote and the smoke detector was chirping because of a low battery. I went back to the lobby and asked to get the type of room I reserved and had to wait. They gave me an accessable room that had no phone, two full size beds not the queen size that were.
This place is adequate for a night stay but not for a get away. We ran out of towels and was told we couldn’t have anymore until the room was cleaned every three days. Just poor service snd adequate accommodations. Would not recommend. Not what I was expecting.
